Our goal was to create something truly unique—a building that connects art, nature and people; inspiring its residents while enriching the surrounding community. The lobby, designed to resemble an art gallery, will showcase pieces from local and international artists, allowing residents to purchase these inspirations. An ideal living space must also respect nature and its community. Bringing greenery into the project was a fundamental aspect of our design, enhancing wellness while honoring the environment.
This living element brings Davinci Residences to life, allowing it to evolve over time through its greenery, offering psychological and physical benefits not only to its residents but also to those seeing from the outside. As a natural extension of this vision, only natural materials are used throughout Davinci Residences.
