The Creators
Arthaus has been co-founded by Mr. Eitan Lavie and Mr. Gregoris Philippou, with the goal to build remarkable buildings focused on art, nature and connection that would that redefine the living standards for those living in them and transform the communities around them.
Mr. Lavie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in managing complex global ventures across diverse industries. He began his professional career as a lawyer, specializing in securities and international commercial law. Over the past two decades, he has forged strategic alliances throughout Asia and has played a key role in leading significant investments in Western companies.
Mr. Lavie currently serves as the Managing Partner of Artofin, a venture capital fund guided by the philosophy of “The Art of Investments,” which emphasizes a strategic and creative approach to value creation.
In the realm of real estate, Mr. Lavie founded Art and Lounge, a premium brand that designs, builds, and operates business lounges in major international airports including New York, London, and Paris. He has also collaborated with prominent real estate developers on global projects, infusing his deep knowledge of the art world to craft distinctive, art-inspired experiences that elevate the user environment.
